Education, Latest Technology Focus of RE/MAX of Texas 35th Statewide Convention
Patrick Grandinetti, Real Estate Industry Head at Google, joins roster of speakers

Patrick Grandinetti, Real Estate Industry Head at Google, will speak at the RE/MAX of Texas 35th Statewide Convention on Jan. 27-28 at Moody Gardens Hotel, Spa and Convention Center.

Houston, Texas – Dec. 22, 2011 – The RE/MAX of Texas 35th Statewide Convention will feature a grand gathering of real estate trainers, coaches, motivational speakers and technology updates that is sure to inspire each and every participant Jan. 27-28 at Moody Gardens Hotel, Spa and Convention Center.

The event features Patrick Grandinetti, the Real Estate Industry Head at Google, Inc, who will give two presentations about how the search and social giant can help real estate agents succeed in today’s online publishing world.

Dave Liniger, Co-Founder of RE/MAX, LLC, will headline the event and he will share his thoughts about where RE/MAX and the industry will be in 2012.

Brian Buffini, real estate coach, trainer and owner of Buffini & Company consulting firm, will premier new material in Texas as he begins his latest training program.

A Top Producer Panel, featuring Ronnie Matthews from RE/MAX Legends in Spring and Mike Seder from RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring – two of the biggest producers in the RE/MAX of Texas network – will share their strategies for success in a panel discussion format.

Jeff Brand, of RE/MAX DFW Associates, will share his secrets to building a top team.

Two separate Verl Workman seminars will focus on strategies to increase your business in 2012.

G. William James will present two sessions about the competing mobile software platforms – iPhone/iPad and Android.

Internet marketing and web service providers 1000Watt Consulting will present two sessions, “Branding is Everything” and “What’s Next for Local, Social and Mobile Marketing.”

There will be two Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE) courses offered on Friday, providing RE/MAX agents and the public to earn 3 hours credit each during a Complete Financial Management Workshop course offered by Cyndi Barnett and an All About Credit course offered by Anita Schneider.

RE/MAX of Texas regional staff will update convention attendees on technology updates concerning LeadStreet and Design Center platforms, tools available only to RE/MAX associates to help them succeed.
