In Liberty Hill, sticking to the (business) plan works
Shane White, broker/owner of RE/MAX Town & Country in Liberty Hill, was quoted in the most recent issue of The Residential Specialist, the quarterly magazine for the Council of Residential Specialists. The article “Charting a New Course” shares strategies offered by CRS designees.
“Your business plan is your road map for the year,” White was quoted in the article. “If you’re not tracking where you’re spending your money and whether there’s a return on your dollars, you’re set up to fail. This year we needed to cut the budget, and we made the tough decision to cut our billboard, which we’ve had for 14 years. We hold a very strong market share, so we did not see that our business would be affected by getting rid of it at this time.”
